DUBLIN ARRIVAL Land at Dublin Airport, complete customs and immigration formalities before meeting your CIE Tours driver/guide, who will welcome you to Ireland. Have breakfast at a local venue with your group before heading north to Belfast. Upon arrival, check into your hotel room. You can relax in your room or spend some free time exploring the city before joining your fellow travelers for a welcome drink this evening. BELFAST GUIDED TOUR This morning, embark on a guided tour of Belfast to see the Albert Memorial, the Opera House and Crown Liquor Saloon. You might also view Linen Hall Library, Belfast waterfront and the imposing City Hall, which was completed in 1906. Visit Titanic Belfast to learn about the evolution of the Titanic from concept until her ill-fated end in 1912. The rest of the day is yours at leisure. GIANT’S CAUSEWAY Depart Belfast this morning and travel north to visit the Giant’s Causeway, an impressive area of hexagonal columns formed over 60 million years ago by cooling lava, which has given rise to many legends. Enjoy some time walking the incredible grounds and snapping some pictures before making your journey next to Donegel. SLIEVE LEAGUE WITH TEA & SCONES Set out this morning to visit the Slieve League Sea Cliffs, where the highest point reaches 1,972 feet making them the highest in Europe. The cliffs drop straight down to the wild Atlantic waves below and you will see marvelous vistas. Also, enjoy some freshly made tea and scones while at the cliffs. You’ll then enjoy spectacular views as you drive through Glengesh Pass, a windy section of road that connects the town of Glencolmcille to Ardara. Next, head to Ardara to see demonstrations of spinning, weaving and knitting at Triona Designs. Tonight, enjoy dinner at Nancy’s of Ardara, which offers a warm atmosphere and traditional flavor. BELLEEK POTTERY Leave Donegal today and begin travelling southbound towards Galway. On your way, visit the Belleek Pottery Factory to see how skilled craftspeople form and decorate clay to produce delicatporcelain masterpieces. Then, stop at Atlantic Sheepdogs, where you will get the opportunity to experience farm life and see some of the world’s smartest sheepdogs, working in their natural environment. Continue south into Galway, where upon arrival you will check into your hotel. If time allows, spend some free time wandering about the city before dining with your group at the hotel tonight. ARAN ISLANDS & DUN AENGUS This morning, take a short ferry ride from Rossaveal to Inis Mor, the largest of the three Aran Islands. These rocky islands are renowned for the hardy islanders who maintained traditional fishing and farming. The Irish language is still spoken widely. Next, take a minibus ride to Dun Aengus, a huge pre-historic fortress perched on sheer cliffs, which fall away to the Atlantic Ocean below. Have a look around Kilronan before heading back to Galway, where you will spend the remainder of the day at leisure for sightseeing and dining. OVERNIGHT: GALMONT HOTEL, GALWAY

HAZEL MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE Depart Galway after breakfast and travel to the rugged Burren Region for a tour of Hazel Mountain Chocolate, a boutique chocolate factory. While here, learn about making chocolate from bean to bar and of course, try some delicious sweet treats. Then, set out for a drive along the coast of County Clare to visit the Cliffs of Moher, which overlook the shimmering Atlantic Ocean. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince along with the Princess Bride have scenes that were filmed at this stunning landmark. Take a short ferry ride across the River Shannon Estuary and make your way into Killarney. Check into your hotel room and join your fellow travelers for dinner at the hotel. DINGLE PENINSULA DRIVE Today, discover the beauties of the Dingle Peninsula, once described by the National Geographic Traveler as “the most beautiful place on earth.” Drive along the south shore of the peninsula for plenty of vistas of heathery mountains, sandy stretches of beach, stunning green landscapes and rocky headlands. Pause at strategic locations to admire the views and take photos. Continue on to Slea Head at the western tip of the peninsula. This excursion will give you excellent views of mountains and coastline and looking over to the Iveragh Peninsula. Next, head to Inch for an early dinner at Foley’s Bar and Restaurant with your group. Return to Killarney, where the remainder of the evening is at leisure. BLARNEY CASTLE Leave Killarney and drive east to Blarney, where you can climb the battlements of Blarney Castle and kiss the famous “Stone of Eloquence”. Enjoy some time walking through the gardens and parklands, which there are over 60-acres of, before driving next to Shannon. Check into your hotel room and spend time exploring the castle grounds before meeting your group tonight for a farewell dinner at the hotel restaurant. RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES Sadly, today your vacation has come to its final day. Transfer to Shannon Airport in good time to check in for your flight. You may do some last minute shopping at the duty free stores before boarding your aircraft and flying across the Atlantic Ocean back to the United States
